The Ironin’ Maidens featuring Melba Toast performing their version of Iron Maiden’s Run to the Hills. The Ironin’ Maidens are Melba Toast, April May June (Kathy Hartzell) and LuLu Rae. The Hungry Housewives (band) are: Dani-O on guitar,, Mary Worth on bass, Sherri McGee on drums & Patricia Kerr on keyboard. This act was inspired by Melba’s memories of her mother getting together with her girlfriends to do her ironing-and, oh, yes, they did it in their bras and underwear… (Also, guitarist Dani-O 9 months pregnant and ready to deliver! She performed this set on a Saturday and delivered on Wednesday! What a woman!)
